1. Posting Fees & Payments

All payments on AdCraze for posting ads or buying premium features are processed securely with Razorpay.

Since an ad is published, or premium features activated, the service is delivered.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may withdraw your paid ad listing prior to the ad being approved/published by contacting our support team.
If the ad has been approved and done so from a published state, it may too late to cancel.

3. Refund Policy

We will refund you only under the following circumstances:

a) Duplicate Payment

In the event that you have paid for the same service more than once, please contact us and after we confirm the payment we will refund you the duplicate amount.

b) Failed Transaction

If the payment is deducted from your account, but the ad was not published after having been charged the transaction funds will be refunded back automatically within 5-7 days by Razorpay, if the money is not refunded, please contact us and provide the proof of payment.

c) Refund Not Applicable

Refunds will not be given in the following case(s) when:

  1. Ad was posted and visible.
  2. Ad was not approved and rejected based on our Posting Guidelines or Terms of Service.
  3. User essentially just changed their mind after the ad is live.

4. How to Request a Refund

To make a refund request please contact us by email at Info@adcraze.xyz with the following information:

  • Transaction ID
  • Payment Date
  • Registered Email or Phone Number
  • Reason for Refund

We will review the request and get back to you within 2-3 business days.
