5. Payment and Refund Policy
5.1 Payment Gateway
We partner with Razorpay to process payments for premium ad listings and advertising services. Razorpay processes your payment information confidentially and in a way they see fit and under their own standards for privacy and security.
5.2 Pricing
Prices for the services are all check-out based and advertised clearly throughout the process. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) as well as United Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.
5.3 Refund Policy
Premium listing payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, except for duplicate transactions or Adcraze or Razorpay technical errors.
If any disputes or concerns arise, users must notify us within 7 days of payment.
6. User Behavior
Users must not:
Post illegal, adult, spam or other prohibited content.
Use the service for phishing, fraud, or impersonation.
Attempt to bypass the security of the Platform.
Violations may lead to removal of content, suspension of account or legal action.
7. Content Ownership
You own your content when you post it; however, you are granting AdCraze a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to use, modify, distribute and display your content for advertising and operational purposes.
8. Disclaimer
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy, completeness, reliability, and availability of the listings, we make no warranties as to those listings.
AdCraze cannot be held liable for any damages done to you as a result of direct or indirect dealings with other users and/or the items they may have listed.
All transactions are between the buyer and seller. AdCraze is not party to any contract between users.
9. Limitation of Liability
AdCraze, and its affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or payment gateway services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for alleged violation of these Terms or for any reason we may see fit.
